This page contains some important information about ordering from Petite Decor. By placing your order online or with a vendor, you agree to the following policy regarding your purchase.

Placing Your Order
You may place your order online through our secure server, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology to encrypt your order and safeguard your information. If your browser does not support SSL or if you prefer to purchase by another means, contact us and we will try to make special arrangements. We can only accept orders while supplies last from continental United States billing and shipping addresses. Petite Decor reserves the right to limit quantities.

After You Place Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledgment to confirm that we are processing your order. This email is an automatic email sent from the personalization/checkout form with the information you provided. The message will contain the details of your order such as subject, poster size, child's name, font choice etc... If any information on this message is wrong notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation. Once this information is used and printed your order CAN NOT be refunded. This message is your receipt. A receipt will also be included with your purchase unless it is a gift.

Posters
Petite Decor's policy is one of ongoing product update and revision. We reserve the right to modify, revise, or discontinue products at any time. If you order a modified, revised, or discontinued product, we will contact you and describe the modification using the order information you supply before we print your poster. You have the right to cancel your order at this time.

Prices
Prices quoted on the website do not include taxes. There is no sales tax if your order is being shipped outside the state of California. All prices are stated and payable in U.S. dollars.

Shipping
Petite Decor uses FedEx Ground Shipping and ships within the continental U.S. free of charge. Each poster contains unique information given to us by you at the time of purchase. Posters are individually typeset, printed, framed, packaged and shipped according to your specifications. Your package should arrive within 2 weeks of your order, depending on its destination, due to these added "handling" features.

Payment Terms
Petite Decor accepts Visa and MasterCard as the payment options for your purchase. Your credit card will be billed before your order is printed. We are unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States.

Return Policy
All customized Petite Decor sales are final. The products are all one-of-a-kind printed pieces and once the customization process begins your order can't be refunded. If your automatic order confirmation email contains any incorrect information notify us immediately via email to have the information changed. We will reply with a confirmation of this new information if we are notified prior to the customization of your order (usually 24hrs business days). If your order is modified, it may be delayed up to 2-3 days while the change order goes through our internal handling process.

If you notify us after your order has begun the customization process we may still be able to give you a partial credit toward a new order depending on your order status within our internal process at the time of contact.

Limited Warranty
Posters will be packaged and shipped according to FedEx standards. If you receive damaged merchandise notify us immediately via email and keep all the original packaging. We will handle each case on an individual basis.
